“Toledo Jeep Fest is extremely proud and happy to announce the support of Dana and ProMedica as our two presenting sponsors as we move into the 2018 event season. Our partnership with Dana allows us to provide a meaningful conversation about vehicle performance and modifications to thousands of expected attendees.” Dana continues to show their commitment to the Toledo area with the new Toledo Axle Manufacturing Plant located on the old Willys/Jeep Industrial site, which supports the FCA Toledo Assembly Plant with axles for the new JL Wrangler,” Jerry Huber, Retired Jeep Plant Manager and Chairman of the Toledo Jeep Fest Steering Committee.
Huber continued, “The long-standing partnerships, as well as the new brand relationships, we’ve fostered around the Toledo Jeep Fest are a testament to the quality event and spectatorship we delivered in 2016. Our established relationships with the City of Toledo, Lucas County as well as other key local organizers allow us to create a fan experience that is highly engaging and immersive to both event attendees and those watching at home.”
“ProMedica is excited to partner with Dana in presenting Toledo Jeep Fest. As our city’s renaissance continues, we are delighted to embrace and celebrate the historical and future role that Jeep has played in our community’s growth and prosperity,” said Randy Oostra, President and CEO, ProMedica.
“At Dana, we have a strong desire to help make the Toledo Jeep Fest a premier event that draws people from around the country to Northwest Ohio,” said Jeff Cole, Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Dana. “We are delighted to be working alongside ProMedica to present the 2018 Toledo Jeep Fest. Since its inception, Dana has provided the highest-quality driveline products for the Jeep brand, and we are excited to be celebrating that rich history this summer at the Toledo Jeep Fest.”
For Dana’s vendor portion, they have really neat stuff planned …
For the 2018 Toledo Jeep Fest, Dana will have a 53’ semi-trailer on display showcasing Dana products, including Dana Performance Crate Axles (specifically the Ultimate Dana 60 and Ultimate Dana 44) for the Jeep Wranglers. There will be plenty of Dana posters and swag on hand, as well.
In addition, the company will have five Jeeps on display, including some of the new 2018 Wranglers, all modified with Dana aftermarket products. Dana will also have aftermarket axles on display with technical experts available to answer any questions.
Back by popular demand is the Dana Twin and Win game where participants find their number match in the crowd and then return to the Dana booth to redeem a prize.
Cole continued, “The Dana team is looking forward to another record-breaking Jeep Fest event, and we look forward to seeing all the Jeep enthusiasts at the Dana exhibit.”

To Celebrate Jeep History
Jeep is fundamental to Toledo’s heritage. In 1941, Willys-Overland won a significant United States Military contract to design the Willys MB, a four-wheel drive utility vehicle that was manufactured throughout World War II. Today, Toledo is the only place in the world making the iconic Jeep Wrangler. Fiat Chrysler Automobile’s Toledo Assembly Complex is one of the region’s largest and most modern manufacturing plants. For more than 75 years, Jeep has been touching the lives of Toledoans and in August 2018, the City will celebrate that rich history.
